Introduction

The transparent glass walkway on the top of the Tower Bridge in London cost one million pounds to construct. The walkway is divided into two sections, east and west, each approximately 11 meters long and 1.8 meters wide. The western section is now open to visitors who can stand at a height of up to 140 feet, overlooking the magnificent view of the bridge deck and the River Thames, enjoying a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle. From here, you may also witness the spectacular scene of boats passing through when the bridge is raised.
