Introduction

Every year, the Queen's birthday and other important official ceremonies take place at the Horse Guards Parade next to Downing Street. This is the location of the headquarters of the British armed forces and the noble horses and soldiers wearing red dress uniforms are a unique attraction here. Beach volleyball matches were also held here during the previous Olympic Games.

The shift change time is from Monday to Saturday at 11:00 (10:00 on Sundays), and the guard inspection ceremony is at 16:00.
