Introduction
This lifelike cathedral was built in the early 10th century and underwent two reconstructions later. It cleverly integrates multiple architectural styles, with most of the exterior walls made of Sicilian Arab-Norman-style bicolored stones, and the interior presenting a pure Baroque style, leaving a deep impression on visitors. From 10:00 to 17:00 in summer, you can enter the cathedral through the adjacent Chiostro del Paradiso, which is also the burial place of the noble citizens of Amalfi.
