Introduction

Via dell' Archiginnasio is located on the east side of the Basilica of San Petronio and is a meticulously decorated hallway. Underneath the hallway lies a palace, which used to be the home of the University of Bologna and is now the Bologna Municipal Library. Opening hours
The palace is only open for visits in summer, from July to August. From Monday to Friday, it is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
on Saturdays, it opens from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on Sundays, it opens from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
