Introduction

One of the most active libraries in Italy is the Municipal Library, located within the Palazzo d' Accursio. Unlike other traditional libraries, it presents itself with colorful décor that is dazzling to the eye. The library has a spacious and bright atrium, surrounded by reading and borrowing rooms. Walking on the ground floor, you can see the ruins of ancient city walls through the glass floor, giving a sense of history. The third floor is the Bologna Planning Exhibition Hall, showcasing the future development blueprint of Bologna. In addition, on the wall next to the library entrance, there is a huge display board to commemorate the Bologna citizens who died during World War II. Overall, the Municipal Library is full of vitality and artistic atmosphere, undoubtedly a cultural venue worth visiting.
