Introduction
Via dell'Amore is a narrow path that connects Manarola and Riomaggiore, and it's the shortest and most comfortable hiking trail among the five villages. It only takes 20 minutes to complete the entire path. Although it's not very long, the scenery along the way is beautiful. One side of the path is lined with spectacular cliffs and terraced fields, while the other side features steep cliffs and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. Originally built for a railway connecting two villages, Via dell'Amore has become the most romantic tourist destination in the Cinque Terre. The love padlocks, messages carved on cactus leaves, graffiti on walls, and couples walking hand-in-hand all convey the beauty and power of love. The most famous landmark on the path is the stone bench carved with a kissing silhouette, where tourists cannot miss the opportunity for a photo op. The path is about 1 kilometer long and it only takes 30 minutes to reach the end point. Address Cinque Terre National Park, Via Telemaco Signorini, 118, 19017 Riomaggiore La Spezia Province, Italy
