Introduction

In the city of Santander, there is a palace called Palacio de la Magdalena, built between 1908 and 1912. It is located on the Magdalena Peninsula by the sea and was the summer palace of King Alfonso XIII. As you walk into the peninsula and come across a fork in the road, turning left will lead you to this palace. During the day, there is even a tourist train that passes by. In recent years, Palacio de la Magdalena has become more famous due to its appearance in the TV series Gran Hotel.
