Introduction
In the 1950s, archaeologists discovered a mosaic road behind the Blue Mosque. This road, which dates back to the Byzantine period, features rich hunting and divination images. However, due to the passage of time and external damage, most of the patterns in the mosaic path are incomplete or have been covered by surrounding buildings. Fortunately, about 250 square meters of mosaic patterns were preserved intact. These mosaic patterns include various pastoral scenes, with the most impressive one located on the west side of the exhibition hall. In 1997, a museum was specially built here to better protect and display this mosaic road, allowing visitors to glimpse the unique charm of this precious cultural heritage.
