Located in the city of Reims in the Champagne region of France, the Notre-Dame Cathedral is a historic cathedral that has witnessed the crowning of 25 French monarchs since the 6th century. It is also the place where the first French king, Clovis, was baptized. Since 1027, almost every French king has held their coronation ceremony here. Among them, the most famous is Joan of Arc, who escorted Charles VII for his coronation in 1429. In 1991, the cathedral was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
