Introduction
This white building used to be the meeting place for legislators and is only open to city councilors. There is an art clock hanging on the exterior wall of the building. From 10:00 to 22:00 every day, the windows on both sides of the clock will open automatically at every hour, accompanied by puppet performances, reenacting the legendary story of the old mayor's "one drink to determine the outcome."
