Introduction

ARoS Aarhus Art Museum is one of the largest art museums in Northern Europe, with a total area of over 20,700 square meters spanning 10 floors. It attracts approximately one million visitors each year, making it the most visited art museum on the Scandinavian Peninsula. The museum has exhibition spaces totaling 7,000 square meters, housing Danish and international artwork dating from the 16th century to the present. One of the most iconic pieces is the Giant Boy sculpture. The boy has a melancholic expression, but a slight smile on his lips, while his upper body remains unclothed as he crouches on a pedestal. The painting evokes a strong sense of familiarity and realism. The top floor of the museum features the permanent art installation "Your Rainbow Panorama," created by the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. The 150-meter-long and 3-meter-wide panoramic corridor offers a spacious and colorful experience, with rainbow-colored windows providing breathtaking views of the entire city of Aarhus.
