Introduction

The museum showcases industrial design, decorative arts, and crafts from Western and Asian countries, spanning from the late Middle Ages to the present. In addition, the museum hosts periodic exhibitions featuring works by leading designers from around the world. The collection also includes works by influential figures in Danish design and architecture, such as Jacobsen and Juhl. Originally a hospital, the museum has now become a venue for showcasing international-level design and art.

Visiting of exhibitions and collections ends 30 minutes before closing time
During the summer season, the museum garden and outdoor restaurant will close at 5 pm due to the outdoor theater in the garden
Closed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st.
