Introduction
The Tamsui Fishball Museum in Tamsui Old Street was established by a fishball and fish crisp store that has been in business for 50 years. In order to provide a comprehensive understanding of these two delicacies, the museum was created. Occupying an area of approximately 200 square meters, the museum showcases the historical development of Tamsui's fishing industry, traces the local evolution of fishballs and fish crisps as specialty snacks, and vividly displays the production process.
