Introduction
The Taipei Story House, originally known as Yuan Shan Villa, is located on the south bank of the Keelung River, on the gentle slope east of Yuan Shan. It is a unique and charming Western-style building. The house features Tudor-style roof trusses and late 19th-century neoclassical elements, and is admired by many tourists as an exemplary modern architecture. It has two floors, with brick construction on the first floor and timber structure on the second floor. Its spires, copper tiles, and tower are painted in vibrant colors, resembling a fairytale building, hence it is also referred to as the "Fairytale Cream House". The Taipei Story House has become a famous tourist attraction in Taipei, attracting visitors from around the world with its magnificent architecture and stunning scenery.
