Introduction

Taipei Tianhou Temple is a temple located on Chengdu Road in Wanhua District of Taipei, Taiwan. It was originally named Xinxing Palace and is commonly known as the Ximending Mazu Temple. The main deity worshipped is the Heavenly Holy Mother Mazu. This temple was originally a temple of the Japanese Buddhism Shingon sect.
