Introduction

This pristine rainforest is located in southern Thailand and is one of the largest untouched natural landscapes in the region. Initially, it was protected by local students' advocacy. Covering an area of approximately 650 square kilometers, the rainforest is home to over 180 different species of birds and many wild animals. Lucky visitors may also have the chance to see the world's largest flower, the Rafflesia Kerrii Meyer, which can reach a diameter of up to 80 centimeters when mature.
