Introduction
Master Luang Phor Tuad of Thailand is known as the god of traffic safety and life protection. His influence spreads across Thailand, Malaysia, and the entire Southeast Asia. Just by placing a statue of Luang Phor Tuad in a vehicle or wearing it, the risk of traffic accidents can be significantly reduced, ensuring one's safety.
Born in the year 1582, Luang Phor Tuad displayed remarkable abilities in his studies and became a monk at the age of 15. He made rapid progress in the practice of Buddhism and traveled extensively. One notable incident involved him saving a shipwrecked crew during a stormy sea voyage. After drifting on the sea for 7 days, with no food or drinking water left, Luang Phor Tuad sat on the edge of the boat and dipped his feet into the water. Miraculously, the seawater around him turned into drinkable freshwater, saving the entire crew.
In another legend, during a widespread epidemic in the capital city of Thailand, there was no cure available. The king sought the help of Luang Phor Tuad, who used a gem left by a giant python to put an end to the epidemic. Although Master Luang Phor Tuad passed away and ascended to heaven 3 to 4 hundred years ago, he remains one of the most mysterious and influential figures in Thailand and even the entire Southeast Asia.
