Introduction

The Osaka Children's Museum, completed in July 1997, is Japan's first large-scale museum themed around children's education. The museum aims to provide children with an enjoyable learning experience through games and various activities. The pursuit of the museum is to nurture creativity, possibilities, and individuality. Since its opening, the museum has attracted over 400,000 visitors annually from around the world.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9: 30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Closed from December 28th to January 2nd. There will be temporary closure days in April, September, and December.
Transportation
You can take the Sakaisuji Line subway to get off at the Fancho station, and take Exit 2; or walk west for about 3 minutes from the JR Loop Line Temma Station.
