Introduction
Midosuji is a north-south arterial road that connects the commercial core areas of Umeda and Namba in Osaka. In the central portion of the Chuo Ward, there are the Tsuyumibetsuin, commonly known as "Kita Midosuji", and the Nambabetsuin, known as "Minami Midosuji", which gave rise to the name of the road.
Midosuji is one of the most important streets in Osaka, with many high-rise buildings on both sides and a bustling commercial activity. The north section features the famous Umeda and Osaka Station front districts, while the south section features Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and the Namba Station front district, which are the traditional core areas of Osaka.
The trees planted along Midosuji are ginkgo trees, which turn into golden yellow in autumn. The beautiful yellow leaves stretch for miles, making it one of Japan's famous street landscapes. Address City Hall, Nakanoshima dori, Kita, Osaka, Senboku District, Osaka Prefecture, 530-8201, Japan
