The scenery is beautiful with the autumn leaves. This attraction is located at the water intake of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, which supplies water to Kyoto via the Biwako Sosui Canal. The canal is different from the Yamashina Sosui Canal, which is lined with rapeseed flowers. Starting from the water intake of Lake Biwa, the Biwako Sosui Canal passes through Yamashina, Tainai, Okazaki, and eventually flows into Kyoto city. It can be a starting point for a relaxing walk along the canal.
