Introduction

Hosen-in Temple is a historic temple in the Sakyo ward of Kyoto. It was originally a small sub-temple of Sanzen-in. However, it gained fame as a renowned scenic spot thanks to its 700-year-old pine tree and the beautiful garden known as "Okugani Garden".
