Introduction

This is one of the oldest streets in George Town and also one of the longest. Here, you can find many hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, bars, mosques, temples, clan associations, and heritage buildings. More importantly, there are many stalls selling delicious street food. As dusk approaches, people start buying street food from the stalls. Although the food here is great, it seems to have lost some of its past charm as some stalls have moved elsewhere. Additionally, this street can be crowded and noisy during the day, with many vehicles and pedestrians moving around.
