Introduction

Victoria Fountain is located at the Red Square in Malacca, Malaysia. It was originally a symbol of British colonial rule. This area used to be the administrative center during the colonial period, and it is now known as the famous Chinatown, with a bridge spanning across the Malacca River. The fountain was completed in 1901, and like many other fountains, visitors often throw coins into it to make a wish.
