Introduction

The palace used to be the residence of the Malaysian Head of State and is located on Jalan Syed Putra in Kuala Lumpur, covering an area of 28 acres. It offers a view of the Klang River. On November 15, 2011, the Head of State moved to the new National Palace, and the palace was then converted into a memorial museum. The museum displays items and furniture used by the royal family in the past, allowing visitors to take a historical journey across time.
