Introduction

Eman Village, Haibin Longmen Mountain, Dangzhou City, Hainan Province is a towering rock mountain on the coast, with a height of about 39 meters. The rocky peak is rugged, and from a distance, it looks like the Great Wall stretching for thousands of miles, with a magnificent momentum. On the east side of the mountain, there is a Weng Gate, known as the first gate in the south, which is over 30 meters high and about 20 meters wide. It is hollow and ventilated with rocks in an arch shape. When the north wind blows, it creates a spectacular scene of waves, and the sound echoes loudly for more than ten miles away. It is about 4 kilometers away from the coastline, with clean sand beaches and various postures of rocks on the shore, unique scenery. Standing on the rocks and watching the waves, there is a unique charm. According to legend, there was a plowhead stone here a long time ago, which, with the continuous impact of the waves, washed away the underwater rocks and formed the standing Longmen. There is a hole in the wall that leads to the thin ridge, which can hold several hundred people. The "Dragon Gate Roaring Waves" got its name in the Ming Dynasty because of the sound of the waves, and it is loved by tourists. During the Qing Dynasty, Bachong Chen Youzhuang wrote a Seven-Character Couplet about this magnificent scenery with sincere feelings, which is worth tasting.
