Introduction

Nanwan Pier is located in Nanwan Town and serves as a fishing port and also the government office location for the town. Despite being distant from the beach, Nanwan Town is the economic center and gathering place on the island, and as such, Nanwan Pier is always bustling with people. There are markets, small restaurants, and farmer's markets here, and visitors can also purchase fresh seafood at the market in Nanwan Town and rent bicycles or motorbikes at the pier to explore the surrounding scenery.
