Introduction

Xixia County Danshui Town Sanli Temple Village, located at the southern foot of the Funiu Mountains in the eastern section of the Qinling Mountains, is the Xixia Dinosaur Fossil Park in China. This is a large-scale dinosaur theme park with a total investment of about 68 million yuan. The park consists of four parts: the Geological and Paleontological Museum, Dinosaur Egg Site, Dinosaur Park and Simulation. Xixia Dinosaur Fossils originated from the sedimentation of the Cretaceous rift basin. The large number, variety, wide distribution, and good preservation of Xixia's provincial dinosaur egg fossils are the "world's largest". The unearthed bones of many dinosaurs such as Hadrosaurs, Avialans, Ceratopsians, and Theropods supplement the Xixia egg fossils with new content, regarded as the ninth wonder of the world, following the great legacy of the "Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the First Emperor Qin Shihuang". The Xixia Dinosaur Fossil Park in China is an ideal scientific research base for studying the evolution of the earth, celestial evolution, disaster events, and the habits, ecological environment, and extinction of dinosaurs. At the same time, it has created a brand new area for science popularization and tourism.
