This park is the largest in Guangzhou and has a beautiful natural environment which is perfect for walking and exercising. It consists of seven hills, including the main peak, Yuejingang, and surrounding hills such as Guihuagang, Mukegang, and Liyugang, as well as three man-made lakes, Beixiu, Nanxiu, and Dongxiu. There are many historic sites within the park, such as the Five Goats Statue, Zhongshan Monument, Guangzhou Ancient City Wall, and Sifang Battery, making it an ideal place to explore history and culture. The park also has various sports venues, swimming pools, Jin Yin amusement park, and other cultural and entertainment facilities to meet different visitor needs. Standing at the west gate of the park, you can see Guangxiao Temple. Exploring the park and temple in one day would be a great itinerary.
