Introduction

Helan Mountain Suyukou National Forest Park is located near the city of Yinchuan in Ningxia, and is the closest forest park to a provincial capital city in China. Visitors can visit attractions such as the Helan Mountain Museum, Sanqing Temple, Cherry Valley, and Helan Mountain Pass. Staying in the park allows visitors to not only enjoy the beautiful night and sunrise views of Helan Mountain, but also have the opportunity to observe nationally protected wild animals such as running deer, jumping ibexes, and playing blue pheasants. In the newly developed Helan Mountain Pass Scenic Area, visitors can not only see stunning scenery such as canyons, waterfalls, cliffs, pine and cypress trees, and alpine meadows, but also climb to the main peak of the scenic area, "Lingguang Peak", which reaches an altitude of 3,000 meters. From there, visitors can overlook Yinchuan's Silvery Lake City to the east, watch the sunset over the plain, gaze westward at the Alashan Desert, and appreciate the magnificent scenery of the Great Wall outside the pass, and experience the heroic spirit of Yue Fei driving his chariot through the Helan Mountain Pass.

Transportation

From April 20th to October 20th every year, you can take the "Tour 2" from Xinyue Square in the city. There are two shifts every day at 8:00 and 9:00.
