Introduction
The Sanqu Stone Forest Scenic Area is located in Changshan County, Zhejiang Province, China, and is a new highlight on the West Zhejiang Scenic Line. The scenic area is located near the birthplace of Mao Zedong in Sanqu and the famous scholar Zhao Zengnian's Zhao Gong Rock, combining natural and cultural landscapes. The scenic area covers a total area of 27.58 square kilometers and is divided into three parts. The Stone Forest Scenic Area is 10 kilometers north of the county town, displaying natural wonders and intricate and beautiful stone forests and vines. Sanqu Mountain in the east is Quzhou's mother mountain, famous for its exquisite and elegant landscape, including the famous scenic spots Zhao Gong Rock and Sanqu Holy Mother. "Xiaogushan" is located in the central part, with spectacular, steep and beautiful landscapes, including scenic spots such as "Dushu Jiangnan" and "Monkey Watching the Sea". Dagu Mountain in the west displays a winding and deep landscape with grand momentum. Its Sanqu Corridor, Wisteria Gorge, and Fairy Cave are regarded as "the best in Jiangnan" by tourists. The Stone Forest Scenic Area has various forms of animal-shaped stones, vivid and lifelike, known as the world's largest "pictographic stone animal park". Five kilometers from the county town, the "golden nail" section of the eroded profile in the Huarong Pool of the Erdu Bridge is the first "golden nail" established by the International Geoscience Union in China and the only well-preserved human geology and paleontological remains in China. It has a high scientific and ornamental value. The Gongtaogongshan Egret Ecological Tourism Area is not far from the "golden nail", and an area of less than 4 hectares gathers more than 30,000 egrets, including white egrets, great egrets, grey egrets, blue herons, pond egrets, etc., all of which have different appearances and graceful elegance, forming a magnificent natural landscape. Huanggangshan Scenic Area and Changfeng Shimen Entertainment Venue are located in Hejia Township and are must-visit leisure and entertainment venues for tourists.
