Along with Yueyang Tower, Yellow Crane Tower, and Tengwang Pavilion, Zhenwu Pavilion is known as one of the four famous pavilions in the southern part of the Yangtze River. It is the only one among the four that still exists in its original form without any reconstruction and is renowned as a masterpiece of southern Chinese architecture.
