Introduction
Seda County is a county under the jurisdiction of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. It is located in the northeastern part of the prefecture, with latitude between 31°38′-33°20′ and longitude between 98°48′-101°00′. The county is at the junction of Sichuan Province, Qinghai Province, Aba Prefecture, Ganzi Prefecture, and Qinghai Province's Guoluo Prefecture, and is a connecting part of Rangtang County, Ganzi County, Luhuo County, Shiqu County, Dari County, and Banma County. It borders Rangtang County of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the east, Banma County and Dari County of Qinghai Province in the north, and Ganzi County and Luhuo County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the west and south respectively.
