To visit Tian Tai Scenic Spot, you need to first get to Jiuhua Mountain. The transportation options to Jiuhua Mountain are as follows:
1. Train: After arriving at the train station, take either the Chijiu line or Chiqing line from Chizhou Bus Station in front of the station to Jiuhua Mountain.
- Chijiu Line: The final stop is Jiuhua Mountain (Ke Village) Bus Station (about 50 minutes), where you can transfer to the scenic area bus to Jiuhua Street (about 30 minutes).
- Chiqing Line: Take the Chiqing line towards Qingyang and get off at Wuxi (about one hour, 6 yuan). Transfer to the minibus from Qingyang to Jiuhua Mountain (Ke Village) Transfer Center, which runs every 15 minutes for about half an hour, for 4 yuan.
Chizhou Railway Station is about 50 kilometers away from Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, and it costs around 100 yuan and takes about an hour by taxi.
2. Long-distance Bus: Jiuhua Mountain Bus Station is located in Ke Village New Street, where Jiuhua Street buses stop and is also the ticket sales center for Jiuhua Mountain. Jiuhua Mountain Bus Station operates nearly 30 bus lines, which connect to Tongling, Anqing, Wuhu, Hefei, Nanjing, Shanghai, Yiwu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Huangshan, Chizhou, Qingyang, and other places.
3. Transportation within the scenic area:
- Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area implements internal traffic control from Friday noon to Sunday afternoon, and self-driving is not allowed to go up the mountain. Cars can only be parked in Jiuhua Mountain New Area Parking Lot, and then transfer to the scenic area bus to go up the mountain. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid weekends if you want to drive up the mountain. The parking fee standard at Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area is 10 yuan per vehicle for mountain passage fee, 40 yuan per vehicle for overnight parking, and 25 yuan per vehicle for non-overnight parking.
- Tricycle: In addition to walking, tricycles are also available in Jiuhua Mountain, generally with electric and manual types, which can accommodate 2-3 people and costs around 3-5 yuan per person.
- Scenic area bus: Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area is large, and there are scenic area buses running between Ke Village and Jiuhua Street, and various major scenic spots within the scenic area. Visitors can choose to purchase tickets at the Chikou Bus Station, and each boarding point can only be used once. After boarding, a dedicated person will punch the ticket. It should be noted that there is no arbitrary back and forth between multiple boarding points, such as Ke Village, Fenghuang Pine, Huxing Mountain Villa (to Tian Tai cable car), Yingxian Bridge (Jiuhua Street) and Hua Tai. For example, if the bus from Hua Tai only goes to Ke Village, you must re-purchase a ticket to board the bus to enter the mountain. Therefore, when leaving Hua Tai, you must complete the procedures for entering the mountain for the second time.
