Introduction

Located at the foot of Lion Peak in Jiuhua Mountain, Danyuan Cultural Park is a park established with the aim of carrying forward the spirit of Great Vow of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, which was the dying wish of Ven. Ren De. A statue of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, measuring up to 99 meters, is enshrined in the park, attracting countless faithful and visitors to worship in Jiuhua Mountain. In addition, there are stairs in the park leading to the Lotus Throne, where visitors can embrace the Buddha's feet. The design and construction of the cultural park are gorgeous, and the shiny gold building decorations make people feel like they have entered another world. Even the facilities in the restroom are very luxurious.

Transportation
Located within the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, the following are transportation options to get to Jiuhua Mountain: 1. Train Station: Upon arrival at the train station, take the Chijiu or Chiqing bus from the Chizhou Bus Terminal in front of the station to Jiuhua Mountain. a. Chijiu Bus: The final stop is Jiuhua Mountain (Kecun) Bus Station (approximately 50 minutes), where you can transfer to the scenic area bus to go to Jiuhua Street (approximately 30 minutes). b. Chiqing Bus: Take the Chiqing Bus in the direction of Qingyang and get off at Wuxi (approximately one hour and costs 6 yuan). Then transfer to a minibus to Qingyang-Jiuhua Mountain (Kecun Transfer Center) which runs every 15 minutes, with a journey time of about half an hour and a ticket price of 4 yuan. The Chizhou train station is approximately 50 kilometers away from Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. Taking a taxi from the train station to Jiuhua Mountain costs approximately 100 yuan and takes about an hour. 2. Long-distance Bus: The Jiuhua Mountain Bus Station is located in Kecun New Street, where Jiuhua Street's buses stop and it also serves as Jiuhua Mountain's ticket office. There are nearly 30 bus lines from Jiuhua Mountain Bus Station to destinations such as Tongling, Anqing, Wuhu, Hefei, Nanjing, Shanghai, Yiwu, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Huangshan, Chizhou, and Qingyang. 3. Intra-Scenic Transportation: a. Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area implements traffic control, and from Friday noon to Sunday afternoon, self-driving cars are not allowed to drive up the mountain. They can only park at the Jiuhua Mountain New Area Parking Lot and then transfer to the scenic area bus to go up the mountain. Therefore, it is recommended that self-driving cars avoid the weekend as much as possible if they need to go up the mountain. The parking fee for Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area is 10 yuan per vehicle for passage up the mountain and 40 yuan per vehicle for overnight parking, or 25 yuan if not staying overnight. b. Tricycle: In addition to walking, you can also choose tricycles at Jiuhua Mountain, which are generally electric or manually operated and can accommodate 2-3 people. The price is approximately 3-5 yuan per person. c. Scenic Area Buses: The Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area is vast, and there are scenic area buses that run between Kecun and Jiuhua Street and various scenic spots within the scenic area. The ticket office is at the Kecun Bus Station, and tourists can choose to purchase tickets. Each boarding point can only be boarded once, and a person will puncture the ticket upon boarding. It should be noted that there are multiple boarding points, such as Kecun, Fenghuangsong, Huxing Mountain Villa (to the Tiantai Cableway), Yingxian Bridge (Jiuhua Street), and Huatai, but there is no arbitrary back and forth. For example, the bus from Huatai only goes to Kecun, and you must buy a new ticket to board the bus to go up the mountain. Therefore, when leaving Huatai, you must complete the procedures for re-entering the mountain for a second time.
