Introduction

Tucheng Ancient Town has a long history. It is located beside the ancient salt road on the Chishui River and used to be an important port and distribution center for "Sichuan salt entering Guizhou" in ancient times. In the matrilineal clan period of primitive society, our ancestors lived and multiplied here. The ancient town is surrounded by water and mountains, with a unique architectural style that avoids excessive commercial development and tourist crowds, but still retains its original and simple appearance. You can also find some old shops in the ancient town, such as cloth shops and blacksmith shops. If you have time, it's worth exploring the ancient town.
