Introduction
The Yunfeng Lake Scenic Area is located 40 kilometers upstream of the Yalu River in the eastern part of Jilin's Jichang City, with tall mountains on both sides and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the opposite bank. In addition to Yunfeng Lake, there are several natural and artificial scenic spots in the tourist area. The main attractions here include the Yunfeng Power Plant, known as the "Pearl of the Border River," the Yunfeng Dam, an important symbol of the friendship between China and North Korea, and the 102.5 square kilometer artificial lake formed by the dam's interception, with an elevation of 218.5 meters.
