Introduction
Turpan Kanerjing Museum is located inside the Kanerjing Folk Park in Xiacheng Village, Yar Township, Turpan City, Xinjiang. It is a unique themed museum with an investment of 2.4 million yuan and opened in June 2007. The museum is divided into two parts: above ground and underground, including a 100-meter-long underground tour tunnel and a 500-square-meter ground exhibition hall. Through a large number of pictures, objects, models, etc., the exhibition shows visitors the structure, distribution area, function, and research results of Kanerjing, showcasing the historical changes and construction process of the "Underground Great Wall." The museum also has a sand table showing the scene of Kanerjing crossing the Gobi and bringing snow water from the Tianshan Mountains underground to the oasis, giving visitors an intuitive experience.
