Introduction
Xiangxi Cave is located in the southern suburbs of Ankang City, south of the towering Bashan Mountains and north of the source of the Han River. Legend has it that Lü Dongbin once practiced immortality here. The entire scenic area covers an area of more than 10 square kilometers, including five scenic spots such as Xiangxi Cave, Santianmen, Wenwu Mountain, Wugong Mountain, and Niutiling. Even in Xiangxi Cave alone, there are dozens of tourist attractions. The mountains in the scenic area are overlapped, and 12 rare and precious tree species grow in dense forests, which are known as living fossils and enjoy the treatment of national first-class protected plants. In addition, Xiangxi Cave also has many ancient buildings built in the Tang Dynasty and repaired in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, forming a garden-style scenic spot that integrates humanity and nature. In December 1989, Xiangxi Cave Scenic Area became one of the first provincial-level scenic spots. When you come to Xiangxi Cave, you will find that the surrounding mountains are continuous, the screens are connected, the green trees are shaded, the streams are gurgling, and the scenery is picturesque, echoing the wonderful fragrance of the Seven Mile Fragrance.
