Introduction
Baijiang Altar, also known as Baijiang Tai, was built in the Han dynasty and is the place where Liu Bang offered sacrifices to heaven and earth and appointed Han Xin as a general, as well as the starting place of the Han dynasty. There are two square platforms on both the north and south sides of the scenic spot. The north platform has a couplet by Feng Yuxiang on its pavilion, while the south platform is surrounded by a Hanbaiyu railing, and there are two stone tablets on the east and west sides respectively. The east tablet is inscribed with the words "Baijiang Altar" and the poem "Dengtai Dui", while the west tablet is inscribed with the words "General Han Xin worships at Baijiang Altar" and a seven-character quatrain. Today, there is also a copper century bell weighing 11 tons inside Baijiang Altar, which is one of the largest copper bells in the northwest region.
