Introduction

The Kong Family Mansion was founded by Kong Duan You, the 47th descendent of Confucius, after he inherited the title of Yan Sheng Gong. It was built after the Southern Song Emperor Zhao Gou's southern expedition. During the Ming Dynasty, it was relocated and rebuilt. The current buildings were renovated in 1998. In the backyard of the Kong Family Mansion, you can see a beautiful peacock.
