Opening hours
Not open to ordinary tourists, it can be visited by appointment during temple ceremonies and celebrations.
Transportation
At the first bend of the Yellow River's Nine Bends, which is within walking distance, transportation to the First Bend of the Yellow River is not very convenient. There are a few options:
1. Charter a car from Ruoergai County for approximately 150-200 yuan round trip.
2. Take a bus from Ruoergai Bus Station to Tangke Township, which takes about 1.5 hours and costs 23 yuan.
3. Charter a car from Hongyuan (76 kilometers away from Hongyuan) for around 250 yuan one way.
4. Take the bus from Hongyuan to Ruoergai, get off at Tangke Township, and walk 7-8 kilometers.
