Introduction
The Chinese Deer Park is located in one of the largest wetlands on the west coast of the Pacific Ocean, the Huanghaibeach tidal flat in eastern Asia, and is permanently protected under the United Nations Important Wetlands List. As the only 5A-level tourist attraction in the world with the theme of "wetland ecology and deer conservation", the Chinese Deer Park is one of the largest and most populous wild deer parks in the world. From the introduction of 39 deer in 1986 to 5016 deer in 2019, the wild population has reached 1350, becoming the world's largest deer gene pool. The park is also a harmonious place of ecology and nature, such as herds of deer leisurely grazing on grasslands, egrets constantly pecking insects, long-necked herons quietly waiting for fish, wild chickens dancing, as well as rabbits and yellow weasels shuttling through wolf tail grass. The park consists of three major areas: "Deer Viewing Area", "Natural Ecological Area", and "Deer Culture Area", as well as more than 20 scenic spots and facilities, such as Fengshen Platform, Deer Viewing Platform, Deer King Exhibition Area, Parrot Park, Deer Island Fish Viewing, Visitor Center, Pier 1, Pier 2, Gourmet Square, and Children's Playground. Patriotic tours, popular science tours, cultural tours, and ecological tours are all part of the entire park experience. The Chinese Deer Park is a fairyland where people can communicate with plants, deer, and other animals, providing a pleasant experience for sightseeing and self-cultivation.
