Introduction

The Zhenjiang Vinegar Culture Museum in China consists of four parts - the Vinegar History Hall, the Old Workshop, the Exhibition Hall, and the Experience Hall. Using modern display techniques such as sound, light, and electricity, it presents the vinegar culture in a comprehensive and detailed way, allowing visitors to taste and learn about the culture. The antique buildings include winding corridors, elegant horsehead walls, and exquisite wooden lattice windows, while the vinegar workshop contains vinegar jars, vinegar pots, and vinegar vats, as well as knowledge about vinegar history and art. At the entrance of the museum, there is a group of Vinegar-themed sculptures in the Hengshun Zhongshan West Road old factory area, which not only witness the history of the pursuit and struggle of the Zhenjiang vinegar industry, but also lead visitors into the main theme of the museum. In the Vinegar History Hall, there is a replica of the old factory gate of the Hengshun soy sauce vinegar factory from the 1970s, allowing people to relive unforgettable memories. In the Old Workshop, visitors can see the vinegar-making scenes of the Zhenjiang vinegar factory during the Republic of China, and explore many elements from the TV drama "Blood and Fragrance". The Exhibition Hall showcases hundreds of vinegar products from more than 10 countries and regions such as Hengshun, Shanxi, and Shandong. In the Experience Hall, visitors can make their own trademark and stick it on the vinegar bottle they bring home.
