Introduction

The Yushan Lake is located in the center of Ma'anshan city, connected to the Yangtze River, with a water area of 1087 acres. The park was opened in 1959 and, together with nearby Jia Mountain and Yushan Mountain, forms the unique landscape of Ma'anshan city. The entire city center is built around Yushan Lake, surrounded by four busy city streets. The camphor trees, ginkgo trees, wintersweet flowers, and Chinese bellflowers planted along the way not only make Yushan Lake more beautiful but also become a part of the city's greenery. Throughout the four seasons, Yushan Lake has its own beauty. In autumn and winter, snow covers the red leaves of the camphor trees; in early spring, wintersweet flowers are like a golden ocean; in summer, the emerald green of ginkgo trees and the canopy of Chinese bellflowers bring freshness to people. In recent years, the development of Nanhudong and Beihudong parks has expanded the Yushan Lake water system, improved the city's drainage capacity, and added a natural atmosphere to the city, becoming a good place for people to relax.
