Introduction

Junshan Island is a small island of less than 100 hectares located in Dongting Lake in the southwest of Yueyang City. Its natural scenery is beautiful, with unique flowers and plants in spring, magnificent views of Dongting Lake in summer, fishing songs and autumn moon in autumn, and wetland migratory birds in winter. It is a paradise for tourism and vacations, as well as a great destination for summer relaxation.

Transportation

By Bus: Take the No.15 tourist bus from Yueyang railway station directly to Junshan scenic area, with a one-way fare of 5 yuan per person. By Boat: Take a boat from Yueyang Tower or Nanyuepo dock to Junshan scenic area, with a round-trip fare of 60 yuan per person. By Car: From the city center of Yueyang, take Dongting Lake Bridge and turn to Junshan hanging gate in Junshan District, then take Junshan tourist road to the entrance of Junshan scenic area. (If you come from Huarong direction, take the route of Huarong-Junshan hanging gate-Junshan tourist road, then arrive at Junshan scenic area.)
