Introduction

Located about 25 kilometers northeast of Wushan County in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, the Water Curtain Cave is a natural cave with a height of about 50 meters and a depth of more than 20 meters. The cave is constantly flowing all year round, and during rainy days, the water flows straight down from the eaves of the cave, hence the name. The scenic area also includes attractions such as the Lashao Temple, the Qianfo Cave, and the Xiansheng Pool. It is a famous grotto group that is as well-known as the Maiji Mountain Grottoes in Tianshui, and a Buddhist art holy place on the south road of the ancient "Silk Road" in the upper reaches of the Wei River. The Lashao Temple has the largest outdoor cliff relief Buddha in Asia. The scenic area also preserves more than 100 carved statues from various dynasties, more than 2000 square meters of murals, more than 10 buildings, 8 stupas, 10 inscriptions, and an untreated mummy.

Transportation
1. Take the bus bound for Wushan at Nanhu Bus Station in Qinzhou District. Buses depart every half an hour. Tell the driver to drop you off at Luoyangmen Bus Station, and then take a private car for about 30 yuan per car. Alternatively, walk east to the first intersection and turn left, then take the local minibus "Cong Cong Tong" for 5 yuan per person to the entrance of the scenic area. 2. You can take a minibus to Zhongloushan and Dangkou from Wushan County or Luomen Town in Wushan County. The general ticket price is around 5-10 yuan. 3. When descending the mountain, you can either take a private car that is picking someone up or call the driver who brought you up in advance for a fee of 30 yuan per car. Alternatively, wait at the entrance of the scenic area for "Cong Cong Tong" for 5 yuan per person.
