Introduction
Mengda Tianchi is located in the eastern part of Xunhua Salar Autonomous County in Haidong, covering an area of approximately 300 acres. The clear blue water of the lake connects with the blue sky, creating a pleasant scenery. The Mengda protected area, where the Tianchi is located, was established in 1980 and is known as the "Xishuangbanna on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau", providing a pleasant destination for summer vacations and tourism in Qinghai province. There is a guesthouse located within the protected area that offers accommodation services at a cost of 25 yuan per bed.
