Introduction
Monkey King Offering Treasure is located in the northern part of the Xihai Coast Scenic Area and is one of the famous attractions of Mount Sanqing. It is also an ideal place to watch the sunset. The Monkey King Rock is as high as seven meters, and from afar, it looks like a monkey king sitting on a cliff holding treasures and focusing intently, which is very cute. According to legend, this beautiful Monkey King is Sun Wukong, who once made a big fuss in the heavenly palace. Later, he was ordered by Guanyin Bodhisattva to escort Tang Seng to the West to obtain sutras. In order not to disappoint the title of "Victorious Fighting Buddha" bestowed by Buddha, Wukong came to Mount Sanqing and practiced in front of the "Miaogao Terrace". After a long period of cultivation, he left behind the incarnation of this beautiful Monkey King. Although there are many mountains in China with stones resembling monkeys, those with forms extremely similar to "Monkey King Offering Treasure" are extremely rare.
