Introduction

The Golden Palace was built on the peak of the Tianzhu Peak, the highest peak of Wudang Mountain, and was personally commanded by Emperor Zhu Di. It is a symbol of Wudang Mountain and represents the peak state of Wudang Taoism supported by the imperial court in the Ming Dynasty. The Golden Palace adopts the highest regulations of Chinese architecture at that time-the double-eaved palace roof, which is of the same level as the Taihe Palace in the Forbidden City in Beijing. Standing in front of the Golden Palace, you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Wudang Mountain.
