Introduction

Wuyi Palace is the most historic Taoist temple in Wuyishan Scenic Area, with two dragon wells, Wannian Palace, and Sanqing Hall. The current Wannian Palace is the Zhu Xi Memorial Hall, which has two thousand-year-old ancient cinnamon trees with unique shapes, known as the "King of Cinnamon Trees". Sanqing Hall has become the location of the International Lanting Academy, and it contains the Zhongding Shendao Monument, Dongtian Xianfu, Ming Gongyiqing, and Guo Moruo's poem inscription of his visit to Wuyishan. In addition, the Wuyi Palace scenic area also includes the Wuyishan Museum and a shopping district.

Transportation
The Wuyi Palace is located at the foot of the Da Wang Peak, and is easily accessible by walking or taxi. The usual visiting time is 1-2 hours, typically by taking a bamboo raft to the Wuyi Palace scenic area. The bamboo rafting and Wuyi Palace visit are a perfect half-day itinerary.
